Gorilla Glue has an interesting history similar to Sour Diesel—it was brought to the world through accidental pollination from hermaphrodite plants. Gorilla Glue is comprised of Chem’s Sister, Chocolate Diesel, and Sour Dubb genetics. The breeder Joesy Whales of GG Strains discarded the original seeds after his first run hermed out and ruined the crop. Luckily, those seeds were kept by his buddy Mardogg who decided to grow them years later. Four female phenotypes popped up, and #4 was considered the best. GG#4 went on to win two first-place Cannabis Cup awards in 2014 and won the High Times Jamaican World Cup the very next year. The strain remains a dominant variety in cannabis markets worldwide.

I’ve grown Gorilla Glue three times now. I’ve learned its a very resilient plant and easy to grow. No problems with it at all growing indoors. You could be very hands off and this would do fine. The smell is strong while growing and flowering, so if your looking for something that isn’t going to stink up the place or if your afraid the neighbors might report you, this might not be for you.
