Typically 8-15 huge, white cloves are arranged in only 2 layers within each bulb. Flavor is rich and medium-hot. Productive, artichoke-type stores very well into the following spring.
Garlic is shipped only in the fall-late September or early October, depending on the season. Quantities are limited so order early.
