Red Mulch Description
Enhances tomato growth and yield!
When used with tomato crops, Selective Reflecting Mulch (SRM-Red) has been shown in USDA tests to increase production 12-20%. Also increases harvests of peppers, eggplants, strawberries, and melons. Developed by the US Department of Agriculture and Clemson University, SRM-Red warms soil, blocks weed growth, and retains soil moisture. The mulch also reflects far-red light up into the plant giving these exciting results.
