Allium sativum subsp. ophioscorodon Hardneck garlic typically has a single circle of large cloves around the central woody stem. Short to medium storage qualities. Approximately 5-10 cloves per head and 40-65 cloves per pound but this can vary based on seasonal conditions and variety. Garlic is shipped only in the fall-late September or early October, depending on the season. Quantities are limited so order early. Sorry, not available to Idaho or Canada.
